There are those paper rolls that have the kind of serated edge where you put a screw driver under or a finger nail and tear them open. If you are careful you can unroll the from the end and take the coins out endwise. I bought 19 rolls of halves that had been done that way and then they put the non-silver halves back. I thought they looked suspicious and I asked the teller and she says ......they come that way. Live and learn.
