Can Quarters 2: 1978, 2007
Pre60 Nickels 6: 39, 46, 47, 51, 54d, 55d*
Can Pennies 3: 74, 82, 01
Cu 3:59, 59, 59d**
Wheats 8:16, 40, 44, 47d, 55d, 55d, 56, 57d

*This is the best example of a pre60 i have found i can make out about half the steps and it has a good shine.

**I have been to busy at work to pull copper but i always try to pull any of the 59's i see. im getting close to having a roll of each the 59 and 59d

Nothign to special in the lot. The 1916 wheat is the oldest coin I have found at work so far. Best thing is they were all free covered by people leaving extra change lol

So that's what they do with the take a penny/leave a penny cups. One day for lunch at Lee's they had broke open rolls of brand new 08 pennies and no one took them, there was a stack on top of the register of shiny new pennies. Aww how the penny has fallen.

Oh no sorry for the confusion. I dont take from the get a penny leave a penny, unless its copper. All those coins were paid for by people who said "keep the change". Its usually a few cents here and there but it adds up. lol

Ya I figured that. Just normally around here when someone says that, it gets dumped into the take a penny cup. I've seen dimes and quarters in there.
