Best: Manipulated silver market or not, these current low spot prices are a blessing for buyers. Even if we have to pay $14.00+ for "$11.00" silver its still a deal. Most of us were paying that much or more when things still look half as bad.
Worst: On the other hand, I can't recall when the future economic situation looked worse than it is now during my 55 years of lifetime.
