One thing to do is to expect the unexpected.
If there are any sales in nearby churces or White Elephant sales, keep an eye out for the following things-
-jewelry, sometimes sterling jewelry ends up mixed in with costume jewelry. Coin jewelry, as in bracelets with foreign silver coins attached.
-boxes of flatware, sterling mixed in with stainless flatware
These are just a few ideas but they might help you to develop the treasure hunter mentality. You never can tell what is out there to be found. Good Hunting. |
