so...if they offered you 1.3 x face, then they have lowered their buy price...

Or maybe he just calculated his net after paying shipping to them. The 1.5X did not specify who pays shipping. If the 1.5X assumes seller pays shipping cost then a $10 flat rate box of say $50 face costs 20% off face (0.2X face) = 1.3X face net.

yes legacy that is what i did i minused the shipping off to leave you with the net of 1.3 because the 1.5 does not include shipping to them you have to eat that cost yourself. But I dont know for sure of not but i think if you live around the area you would be able to just deliver the pennies to them yourself and save the shipping.
