Today is my lucky day. I picked up $200 from Bofa in brinks boxes.
I havent finished counting yet but i have hundreds of assorted uncirculated BU perfect condition wheats. The count on the circulated wheats is ridiculos also. This is the most
fun i have ever had sorting pennys.Im going back to the bank tomorrow to buy the vault! Hopefully this inspires you guys to stay in the game

Congratulations on your big score! Someone must have dumped their parents (or grandparents) piggy bank and you happened to be there to catch them.

I picked up $400 in CWR's this week, was going to do some sorting tonight. I got maybe 20 minutes done before family obligations took control of my time, as they most always seem to do these days.

I hope someday I'll be writing about my big score, but for now I'm happy to still have copper to sort!

37 s is worth about .05.
43 is worth about .10.
1938-1958 is worth about .03.
the values are for average circulated wheat cents, in about g-4.

Gr33nday43, I think you read his post wrong. I think he is trying to say

37 qty with S Mint Mark
60 qty with D Mint Mark
43 qty With P Mint Mark

140 BU Cents. Most wheats are going for .05 to .08 on ebay auctions, but being these ones are uncirculated I'd guess anywhere from .10 to .25 each. Depends on the buyer and what condition the cents are really in.

Way to go Scooter. A couple of weeks ago I also had a $50.00 bag yield almost 10 percent wheats. I had about 470 wheats there were some teens and twenties and thirties but they were all well circulated. It does make it fun and keeps you interested when you can find a bag like that once in a while but they are very few and far between.

COPPER - the "poormans" precious metal!!!

SELLING - $100.00 face copper shipped to you for $189.00 machine rolled or bagged - PM me if your interested.

Nice score from a box, dude!!!
I did have a great CWR pickup today - 41 rolls all marked with solid dates 1971 to 1979.
I checked a few and they were all spot on!

I have found only one indian and it was in my first 2 weeks, havent seen one since but it kinda felt like a guy winning at the casino the first time he visits. It was a 1901. I have also found 2 steel pennys.
So i am hooked. I was buying some coins at a pawn/coin shop yesterday and i brought in the uncirculated wheats. Anyways the nice old man behind the corner informs me ive got a "1955 poor mans double die".I cant really see it but another old man came from the back and confirmed it. I am so hooked right now with pennys.
I wish you all good luck on your treasure hunts.
