I just sold two auctions of $50 of pennies on eBay to the same seller. What is the best method of shipping this? I know from previous topics on here that it is impossible to ship that much (unrolled) in one priority mail box, but I really don't want to send two separate ones, especially at how annoying the recent price increases in shipping with them are. So what do I do?
Yes it is possible. I sent 200 rolls in one box not too long ago. When they are rolled they fit a little better. But bulk coins will work too. Try to find a good strong bag to line the box with. And use LOTS of tape, go all the way around the box in both directions and tape edges also. I have never had a problem.

It is easier if they are rolled. But I don't think your sister wants to roll that many. I think you can do 2 bags loose though.. just shake em a little to get them to settle. Be sure to reinforce the box really well. Don't forget to run tape all the way around the outside edges.. that is where the boxes fail at the seams when they bounce them.. remember?

Cause I already have plenty and he is offering a fair price. If I was going to pay to have them shipped anyway, they could be shipped directly to him and I would use the profit to buy more unsorted pennies for my hoard.
