Who was it that had that $444 guess? An hour and a half left and it is at $371.99 with 29 watchers. One of those watchers might actually represent a potential bidder.

How many bags of unsearched wheat cents do you think will be on eBay next week?

That's my job.. that, and to provide mirth for my fellow members. 30 watchers now. And suprisingly the copper memorial bag that is closing tonight is doing well also.. and currently has 35 watchers.. only 33 of which are probably from this board.

I put a bid of 180.01 on May 20th, so no insurance bid :P . I saw a lot go for roughly 8 cents a penny locally so I guessed there was some other crazy people out there. Sure enough. I guess they figure the value is going to go up with the new design change next year.

I figure it is probably going up too.. but how high? I sold a bag through an official second chance offer to the underbidder as well.

I have to admit.. this went much higher than I would have expected. The winning bidder even made a second insurance bid with 10 seconds left on the clock.
