I thought Indians were only fairy tales Meant for someone else but not for me Wheats were out to get me, Thats the way it seemed. Disappointment haunted all my dreams.
Then I saw her face, Now I'm a believer, Without a trace Of doubt in my mind. She found me, I'm a believer, I couldn't sell her if I tried.
I thought Indians were only purchased things To be found at coin dealers only, Whats the use of sorting? That is what I'd think When I needed copper I got zinc.
Then I saw her face Now I'm a believer, Without a trace Of doubt in my mind, She found me I'm a believer I couldn't sell her if I tried.

Yes I saw her face, Now I'm a believer, Without a trace Of doubt in my mind,
I'm a believer ya ya ya ya.. I'm a believer.. I said I'm a believer ya...

Excellent man. Great song!

Live free or die. Plain and simple.
"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your council or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams |

Thank you, thank you, I'd like to thank The Monkey's for their inspiration...
I came up with the idea for writing this a few weeks ago, in case it ever happened to me.
Didn't expect to have to use it so soon.
Rescued her from the zinc no less, along with a 1909 (no s or vdb), a 1937, a 1946 and a 1941.
In the same batch ($200 in loose pennies from a drive buy) I found 5 steels!
I've started watching the zincs real close as I sort and will turn over any likely looking pennies or even turn off the machine to take a closer look if need be.
Gotta watch those zincs I tell ya! |
