While I was helping my wife cook dinner my 5 yesr old daughter was unrolling pennies. "Hey daddy...look at this silver penny I found" I asked her to read the date (I didn't have my glasses), "one..nine..four...three" I grabbed a refrigerator magnet and sure enough it stuck! A few minutes later we found the second. I hadn't found one 1943 after sorting 250k and then we find 2 in one box!
Where were the boxes from? Brinks? I have only found one steel canadian penny in a brinks box. I have found plenty of them in CWR's though. And I have only found steel pennies in CWR's.

I love those plastic rolls! They are the easiest to open. Also you can reuse them by packing them in a bag and sealing it.. making great packing pillows for when you ship things like pennies. I feel so Green!

"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your council or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams
I embarrassed my wife the other day with a bunch of empty plastic rolls. I had been sitting in traffic, so I took the time to open a bunch of pennies for later sorting. I threw the empty wrappers in the back of the van. Later when one of my wife's friends got in she did not know what to make of them. They do kind of look like condoms.
