What is the running record for the biggest penny order that you got from a bank during one visit?

I just wanted to see how many boxes of pennies that you guys get on average when you go raid the bank.

I've ordered 50 boxes twice now from my bank with no problems.

Last order I made was only 24 boxes, but they were all new 2008's so I held off ordering for a week.

This week I only ordered 4 boxes, just to see if the new pennies had cleared the system yet.

48 is my biggest. But average is 24 per visit.

Topeka ordered 400 boxes.. but they only gave him 1 box. I guess he holds the record for the most boxes ordered and the biggest shorting by a bank. But I think what you were asking here was our records for actual shipments delivered.

I'll take those 2008's if you want to get rid of them William. I like Shiny pennies too.

I picked up 83 boxes one day which i think did some damage to the lead springs on my Mercury LeSable
my machine is running!
