I didn't find it in a roll. It was in a small collection I bought. I searched online and one guy that said it was a filled die error after posting it last night. worth maybe a $1 the other guy said. I highly doubt mine is worth that bc it is in bad shape. I would say G4 or VG8. I am not looking to sell it though. I just wanted to confirm that it was a mint error.
