Hi all! Just ran across this site and thought it was pretty cool. I thought I was the only one who sorted out copper pennies from rolls! However, I don't look at any compared to some of the posts I've read so far. I do have a question though, once sorted do any of y'all sell them?

Some of us have been known to sell em. It appeases the females in our lives. We sell a bag and they are happy.. meanwhile we sneak a few more in through the back door. |

Hey, who used my avatar?
I haven't sold any yet, but I've been thinking to list some copper on Craigslist and see if anyone bites. I would try Ebay but I've seen that the fees are a bit steep and there is shipping to consider and such.
For now I'm concentrating on hoarding though. I figure when they are worth a nickel then it'll be easy to sell them.

Yeah, I just kind of hold them too. Plus it's fun to look through the rolls. I find wheaties sometimes.Though, as mentioned above, if they get to where you can sell them for 5 cents each I might be tempted. |

Sounds like you got a good one 20cc. You are already addicted.. you just refuse to admit it at this point.
I think my GF calls my addiction an "obsession." |

You're right HCBTT. I am addicted... or obsessed. And interested in becoming a more effective addict.
