I got $35 from the bank I have an account with, the teller is really nice there, and I asked them to order a box, which will be done Monday and arrive Wednesday. I figure I can go through a box a week. I am probably going to get my pennies from there, and set up another account at a different bank, which I will dump my coins at.
Sound good?

BTW, I live in a small town, only a couple of banks here.

Sounds okay to me. Look for a free lobby counter or, even better, one that will take them and count them for you.

thats generally how to get started, eventually you will be all over town searching for pennies.
there are lots of ways to dump your pennies, there are a ton of posts here on how to do it from coinstar on a gift card(free) or spending a box at a convenience store(also free).

You have to bank shop to find the right one. The counters put them into $50 bags.

It's a nice deal if you can find a bank to sell you their bags from their coin machines, as long as you are not buying somebodies zincs....

Except at this stage all my profits go to pennies, since I only have $100 initially anyways.
