Feb. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Anglo Platinum Ltd., the world's biggest producer of the precious metal, said it will take four to six weeks to repair equipment damaged after a ``slag run- out'' at its Polokwane smelter in South Africa on Feb. 13.
Can't forget Platinum's little brother, Palladium. Finally out of hibernation after trading in the $350-370 range for a long time. Marvelous. Simply marvelous.
Here in Wisconsin, we have some of the highest property and gasoline taxes in the US. We're squeezed so much, I have to make my daughter wear penny boxes for shoes. At least she has an endless supply.
