Do any of you have any plans for using the metals you hoard as anything other than capital? I see myself likely to use my silver and nickel in craft when after TSHTF - opening a wood-pwered metal shop to produce silver jewlery and stainless steel knives. It makes me feel a little less of a filthy old meiser, squirreling away coins, and a bit more like a boy scout. There are, of course, other things you can do with PMs/SPMs

I would like to see my silver & nickels being used in industry someday when they might really be needed. Or perhaps as a replacement for the FRNs if SHTF.
