People at my job (if I were to tell you where I worked, none of you would believe it), often teased my coin collecting and hoarding habits. Little by little, week after week, questions of curiosity got the best of them. I have no less than 6 other people at work sorting, examining and measuring their pennies. I teach them new and exciting things about their money all the time. We now spend several lunch breaks making bank runs to deposit our zinc and collect more potential copper to sort.

It's hilarious seeing a guy/gal in a suit stopping in the street to pick up a filthy penny for examination.

Happy hunting!

There is something about reflecting on the lowly penny that makes us stop and really contemplate on money in general and our spending and savings habits.

I think that is awesome!!!

Enjoy your coin searches, everyone.

Edited to fix my goof. The eyes struck again and my reply ended up inside the quote box.
