Tonight's batch, that is.
I thought I got lucky today at an out of the way branch of my credit union. A teller said she could sell me 90.00 loose rolls, and of course I took them all. Normally, the credit union stuff is loaded with goodies - I couldn't wait to get home and tear into them. Six hours later:
$20.44 pre '82. Actually, that's about average ratio.
29 wheats. Way below avg., and only one decent coin numismatically speaking - an xf 39s
Around 1.00 pre-96 Canadian
$2.40 in as yet unsorted 82's
And my first Indian...a barely recognizable 1865.
The '39 was the only S cent in the lot.
At least the copper was sufficient enough to close the lid on another 50lb pail. That's always a minor victory.
Tomorrow I pick up my weekly standing order of four bricks at TD Bank, so we'll see how that goes...

Congrats on your first IH!!! I've been searching over 2 1/2 years now and have yet to find one in my coin searches.
Enjoy your coin searches, everyone. |

Not all... YOU FOUND AN INDIAN! Some search for months or years and do not find one! Sounds like a solid batch. |
