it's a disguised advertisement written for the sole purpose of ripping rich people (who usually buy gold) into investing in silver who they know nothing about (and the recent spike)
Same old.... Press release.... BTW: as noted just exactly how do you get "$3.40 of any combination of 1966-1970 silver coins" which he says contains one ounce of silver. the weight is true, but....... $3.40 in halves?
