For the second time in searching pennies, I got a CWR that was all dimes. A tidy little return of a 1000% profit on a roll:)

nice find. i wonder how that could happen?

it must have been a hell of a thrill - worth more than the 5 bucks.

that would be a pretty amazing find. $5 for $.50

Wowza! Dream roll!

Selling rolls of ultra-rare 1956-1958 wheat pennies for a mere $5 shipped.

That's a nice thing about penny sorting. You can find a dime in a roll. But we never find a penny in a dime roll, because we don't sort dimes.

And maybe they wouldn't fit anyway.

That happened to me once, I actually got 53 dimes in a penny wrapper though. I remember thinking I had been shorted because the roll felt light.

Were they in a penny wrapper? Or in a dime wrapper and just stuck into a penny box?

They were in a penny wrapper both times. Rolls looked short... but ended up all dimes:)
