Found a local Credit Union that has a coin counter. Opened up my acct today and will be dumping tomorrow. No more rolling!!!! Yesssss.....

| That is nice I have to find more dump banks having trouble with my old one. They are taking over a week to count my money to be put in my account. |

| Don't push it too fast. Get a feel for the place. Don't blow it. Be very nice to the tellers if they have to switch out bags. Fly under the radar for awhile. Maybe they'll let you buy bags off of the machine. Just remember one of the worst feelings in the world you ever have is a note on the machine...."Out of Order"! Good luck and may the gods of dumping bring you good fortune. |

| Gotten the talk two times, and it does suck. One let me finish my dump, while the other told me to get the hell out of their branch. I would have closed my account but there are 5-6 other branches that have counters close to me so I use those for small dumps. And yes, out of order sucks when you drive 30 minutes to get there on your 1 hour lunch break. |

They don't have hardly any in AZ or CA. Credit Unions are your best bet.
I want to know how AGCoinHunter can drive 30 minutes to his dump bank on a 1 hour lunch break and still make it back in time.. must be a really fast machines! |

Maybe his coin counting machines travel so fast that they turn back time by a few seconds for the person using the machine. Making this trip possible.
And by that logic, you may be able to live forever HCBTT, if you find one. |

Haha, yea I only do it like once a month. I wish they were that fast. This one happens to be a coin-star machine and is slow as possum crossing the highway. I actually have to take a extra 30 minutes for lunch....shhhh dont tell anyone.  I work extra hard that week to make up the time. |

Wait, wouldn't those be the banks you want to draw from?
I say this from experience. My best finds have been from buying those large $50 lb bags. Yes, the re-rolling is tedious, but the payoff is worth it.
In addition, those same banks may gladly give you the paper rolls for free, since you saved them the truck pick-up; so you save that expense, too.
As an added bonus, those sturdy bags are wonderful for storing the coppers in, and make keeping track of copper hoards a breeze (5000 x # of bags) |
