Ok guys a lot of news to report this time around 
First the icing on the cake was the acquisition of 3 40% JFK silver halves  Naturally I was quite pleased.
However, there was something much nicer in store for me. I saw the rim immediately and I knew it had to a 90% silver coin; it simply was too brilliantly white to be anything else!  This is also my first 90% find and I am much more pleased with the situation than the value of the coin itself would suggest.
However some silver clouds have dark linings...
My mom has an extended relationship with the bank and naturally this fact facilitated obtaining the halves.
However my mother reports both that the teller who likes her the most today was totally silent and avoided eye contact, in contrast to his usual gregarious nature. In addition when asked for 3 boxes this teller responded with a look of disbelief and offered only 1 box in reply.
I am going to start pounding the pavement and find other banks because a de facto standing order clearly will not stand*
*Which is to say that my mother merely ask each week before Tuesday for the halves without specifying extended procurement.
So yea, use the bathroomty situation in light of my box and running totals which I will post again for accuracy in record keeping.

War Nickel - one -- 1/1944P -- This filled an empty spot in my nickel album. Not in great shape but better than an empty hole staring at me from the pages of the album.

Canadian pre-1982 - none
2009 - one -- 1/2009P -- Finally another 2009 nickel for the kids' anniversary jar!!! Definite excitement on finding this one. These sure have been few and far between!
