I'm thinking about getting a counter- Klopp, Scan Coin, or similar.

What's the word on a brand names? Which ones are worthwhile and which to avoid?

Trust the government? Ask an Indian.

I have had good luck with both Glory and Brandt/De La Rue brands. If you stick to major brands you should be ok. Make sure to get an automated counter. Everyone I know that ever got a manual crank counter always upgraded to an automatic counter later.

If your percentages are low.. just sort more. If your percentages are high.. just sort more.

Now selling Copper pennies. 1.6x plus shipping. Limited amounts available.

I followed HCs advice a few months ago and got a GLORY CC-60 (used) a few months ago and it works like a charm. I have seen afew used ones on ebay for around $250-300
