Well, you know that elusive Indian head....well it showed up in the mail. That's right, the mail. My good ole' pal HoardCopperByTheTon saw it fit to get me over the first Indian head hurdle by sending me one of his!! This just shows how great this little community can be. I must point out that I did not ask for it. Holiday cheer I guess. Definitely a good guy. Now maybe this one will bring me good luck in pulling one out myself. Thanks again man.

Live free or die. Plain and simple.
"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your council or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams |

| I just couldn't resist. I know he has been looking for one for months and I found several last week so I decided to spread the Xmas cheer a little by sending him one of the ones I found. Now that he knows what they look like they should be easier to find. |

I help to run a coin club at my local middle school. One of the things that I stress over and over again is how generous true coin collectors are. I guess this goes to support my point of view. A kind Spanish gentleman, Senior Nado, who runs the club, was kind enough to pass out 5 (1 oz. silver) Libertads to the new recruits. Let me tell ya', you never saw kids so happy. In addition, I later gave out some older Russian Kopeks and a few Buffalo Nickels. We should all be sharing as much as we can. I'm proud of HoardCopper, and from what I've seen on this message board, we'd all do the same! |
