Earlier this year the Mint's direct ship program offered 2001 Sacagawea rolls, they turned out to be from Philadelphia. After a while they sold out of them. Recently I noticed that they were back in stock and ordered some. This batch turned out to be from Denver, so if you want 2001-Ds you can get them for face from the mint.
