I attended the coin show in Jacksonville, FL over the weekend (Saturday). I spent most of the afternoon there. It was well attended and all dealers where busy. They all seemed willing to deal on prices and inventory. It did seem there was as much buying as selling as everyone was buying silver at almost any price. The big dealers were buying large quantities of anything it seemed at 14x to 15x. I bought some wheats low 3x and a few Morgan and Peace dollars in the 15x range. It was strange to be able to buy at what the dealers were buying at. You did have to definitely walk and talk as prices were very fluid. Well worth the trip and time. I am looking forward to the Orlando show in July. Anybody else make the Jax event or going to the Orlando?
Sadly, I was not able to attend the show in Jacksonville.
I am hoping I will be able to attend at least one day of the show in July at the convention center in Orlando but it will depend on my husband's work schedule and other things.
Did you go to that one in January? I went all four days to the FUN show in January. It was amazing.
