Found it in my pocket change. Still haven't seen a 2009 Dime or a Nickel from 2009 or 2010. Weird. I also got a Shield Penny before I got any LP4s in change.

Nice! Was it still in nice shape? That means somewhere close by a BU roll of the suckers (or even a box) was got in and ignored and was simply put into circulation. I know the 09's are going for quite bit, I would assume the 10's would be the same way?
What part of the country was the coin found? |

| I also found an unusual 1983P. Very small, fits within the outer rim of a regular dime. Looks like the die punched too hard and compressed the dime, shrinking the size. the outer rim is significantly raised above the inner portion of the dime. Any info on this type of issue? |

On May 26, I got 4 boxes of dimes from my source bank. Looking for SILVERs, I found 1 2010-P dime in the same roll with a SILVER dime. That was the first 2010-P I found this year. Normally, I just edge check my dimes as the rolls are see through plastic. However, once I noticed the 2010-P, I began to look for others that might be on the ends of rolls. The first three boxes of dimes yielded 16 2010-P dimes searching that way.
Today, I decided to open up all the rolls in the third box which yielded 9 2010-P dimes just by looking at the ends of the rolls and when found opening up just these rolls. Just in this $250 box, I found 37 more 2010-P dimes in the rest of the rolls. 
I checked the second box next, which yielded 6 2010-P dimes by end searching. This box was even better. I found an additional 40 2010-P dimes. In addition, I found 2 2009-P dimes too.
I checked the first box next, which yielded 1 2010-P dime. This box was full of 2010-P dimes too. I found an additional 39 2010-P dimes, 1 2010-D dime, 2 2009-P dimes, and 1 2009-D dime in this box. 
I checked the last box. I found 39 more 2010-P dimes and 2 more 2009-P dimes.
Including the last box, I found 171 2010-P dimes, 1 2010-D dime, 6 2009-P dimes, and 1 2009-D dime in these boxes.  The 2010-P dimes may have been distributed in quantity in my area. |

I don't think they are going that high on EBAY: around $10/roll.
Can't really call the ones I found truly BU.

I just got a Brinks box today. Every Rosie's face on the ends is a 2010-P. Have not opened them. Aside from 9 coins that appear to have oxidation (brown) on the edges, they all seem BU. Suggestions? Any takers if I open the lot and find them all to be 2010s?
