Any advice on the best way to remove steel blades from sterling handles? I've got several sets that I need to take apart and my hammer is getting tired.

LOL- some one who uses a hammer too. I never had the 'pleasure' to beat the snot out of sterling handle knifes, but I have done many candlesticks.

Anybody who has a better method please chime in, we are listening!

Use a vice and place the blade inside it. Then bend the handle. The blade comes right out.

Then use your hammer to remove the cement from the handle.
