I live in a heavily populated area in a large city. We have laws against just about everything you could imagine. We can't even put up a small shed without a permit. Can not have anything within 10% of the edge of our property line. I would just love to see the fines imposed on someone doing this in thier back yard. And WOW, would that give the nosey neighbors something to call the police about. They have turned me in already for putting bread out for the birds and that too is against the law here.
