This thread on various Silver Bullion Producers is to tell everyone what silver gets you all hot and bothered. It is also a little experiment for me that I hope will bring us more members interested in Silver Bullion. My favorite silver bullion producer is probably Johnson-Matthey just for the reason that it is the best known. |

I'm not sure if my opinion really matters, but my favorite "silver bullion producer" is Market Harmony. One of these days his junk should be worth at least its silver content.     |

| My favorite silver bullion producer is the one that I can buy for the lowest premium and still get .999 quality. I own the big name brand bars and some ugly bars that you never heard of. But they are all precious to me. |

I have yet to buy any product from a "silver bullion producer" although I have been watching quality silver bullion's website and have been thinking of using the dutch auction.

My top 5 quality silver bullion producer list would certainly include...
Market Harmony...
A&M...
But #1 would be the US Mint. Tons and tons (and tons) of stuff produced, centuries of history, lots of variety, quality strikes, known fineness and mintages, recognized worldwide, issued in several affordable units, often can be had at far below melt if you look enough... have I listed enough reasons? |

My favorite silver bullion producer is Engelhard, no offense to Market Harmony because I love the custom bars he made me!
While they are not fancy, everyone knows what you have! If you are trying to sell them they are seen as a preferred bar.
**I realize they no longer produce bars but regardless they are still seen as a leader. |

| Market Harmony is my favorite silver producer. His products are a lot cooler looking than those standard bars and rounds produced by the competition.. and they are certainly more rare. |
If your percentages are low.. just sort more. If your percentages are high.. just sort more.

My favorite Silver Bullion Producer is the US mint.
My second favorite Silver Bullion Producer is Engelhard.
Another Silver Bullion Producer I am familiar with is Ohio Precious Metals.
Any Silver Bullion Producer who is recognized for their consistency and quality is preferred to any Silver Bullion Producer who lacks such recognition. Not all Silver Bullion Producers have the recognition of the better-known Silver Bullion Producers, yet nevertheless can Produce a Silver Bullion product with excellent quality. Ultimately, it is the quality of the Silver Bullion Produced that matters to me, as well as price relative to spot. I would not pay a premium over and above generic Silver Bullion for Silver Bullion Produced by any Silver Bullion Producer, except for coins Produced by the US mint.
