To all Realcent members: In accordance to the guidelines of this mandate, please act with patriotic fervor to comply by appraising the notes in your wallet. If you deem that any are unfit for circulation per instructions, please ship them to beauanderos (I will pay postage) and they will be dealt with appropriately. Trust me
