$75! Been going to this estate auction run by 2 brothers for a long time now, never really bother buying coins but today I got 2 bags with 50 dimes in each for 75 bucks - 1 bag of mercury's and the other is Roosevelts, all are in pretty nice AU condition to boot. I think some other folks were sleeping on the bid

as long as they aren't tungsten covered by a thin veneer of silver, you did real well on that deal!

Hoard now and hold on!

That's a great deal. I am going to a coin auction next Saturday. But usually don't get any bargains at a coin auction. Too many people there that know what coins are worth and too many people there that don't.

COPPER - the "poormans" precious metal!!!

SELLING - $100.00 face copper shipped to you for $189.00 machine rolled or bagged - PM me if your interested.

Yah I usually don't even bother trying to win coins there, they tend to sell for more than their worth. Every now and then though a deal slips through. I mostly go to buy antiques to resell or keep for around the house. Ended up buying 3 cases full of 1977-1980 Star Wars, some stainless steel spice jars for $12 that are worth around $50-60, and a couple neat metal lunchboxes. What can I say, I'm a collector of everything :)
