Went to the bank today to dump zincs. I've been friendly with one of the male tellers, learning his name and asking how his day is, etc. We got to talking and I explained what I do with the copper. Keep the pre-82's cuz they're worth two cents each, even though I told him there's no market at present for them. "I save those," I said,"and also am starting a collection of the pre-1959's... the wheaties." I asked him if he knew what those were. "Sure," he responded, "an old lady brought in a roll of them last week. You want em? I can't get rid of them cuz there's only 45 in the roll." I'm salivating now, and just checked them. Nothing remarkable, there was a 35-S and a 39, most were 44 - 46 with some 50's. Now I know why members ask for CWR's

| Exactly why you should ask for CWR's. These would have got poured into a bag, send back, mixed in with even more pennies then boxed. There might have been 1-2 of these that made it into each box. |

you're doing great, our neice works at the bank where we pick up and dump, she can't wait on us and we get no favors except with her working there and being the senior teller, we don't get any hassel about all the trading. I do get some great rolls, but one of the tellers is also a sorted and picks the loose change. |
