New to Hobby - 1946 Wheat Cent

I'm new to the hobby so I am still learning. I received a 1946 Wheat Cent with my change from a news stand today. I cannot see a mint letter on it. Would this be from Philly, then?

For the cents,

D= Denver
S= San Francisco
Blank= Philly
