First time I've ever seen them. Looks like a mini-fast food clam shell, clear plastic, has a center divider separating the pennies into two groups of 25. Has hinged edges and two flaps that fold over the column of pennies. One flap has a red edge.
Picked them up at a Wells Fargo today.
Very low CU percentage but did get one wheat.

I haven't seen the ones that separate then in 25 cent increments. I have started seeing the plastic cases on pennies and nickels though. |

I've only run into 1 so far. I don't care for them at all. By the time I got it, it was needing tape to keep it closed.

I have not seen one yet because most of mine comes from bags from Well Fargo. |

In a box of pennies my brother picked up in Toronto in September about 1/2 the rolls were these clear plastic clam sheel w/ hinged edge things. None of these had the center divider though. I'm with Bluegill on this one...don't like them. Appears that once they are used a couple of times over they do not want to stay closed.

They are popular in Canada for consumer wrapping.
They suck for breaking a large amount of them. |

And the US banks near the border hate them because, for example, the Canadian ones are designed for Canadian nickels. Fill them up with US nickels and you short the bank two or three coins. |

Yes what Jadedragon pointed out was true.
I get some from the bank and I dreaded that they would all be shorted. Interestingly they werent. The clam shells say Made in Canada. |
