Hi everyone. I'd like to know what's the longest skunk free streak everyone has had? I'm currently on my 3rd consecutive purchase of halves ($70 + $430 + $500 box)...no skunks... . So come on everyone, fess up!! Also, (directed to Country here) should we have a contest to see who can have the longest skunk free streak? We could do two categories, one for silver coins, and the other one for NIFC coins (specifically NIFC halves). What does everyone think of this idea??

Sounds good to me. Let's start with the March 1 postings. I would like to limit this to just SILVERs found in boxes or bags. I think watching the SILVER streak for CWRs or teller halves would be too hard to do in a fair manner. As for NIFCs, I think many searchers don't really look for the clad NIFCs.

| No more NIFC tracking, huh? Maybe someone would be kind enough to start a tracking thread on March 1? I'm already managing two tracking threads, but there hasn't been too much input there yet. Maybe I can see what I could do for a NIFC tracking thread. Pretty common stuff, so I'd be busy. I think I'd let someone else do it. What do you say? |

I track the NIFCs by mintage date and quantities already, and also who's found the most of them on a monthly and yearly basis. I'll continue to do this tracking.
However, if someone else wants to track NIFC streaks for every searcher that posts in the SILVER half section; I'll help where I can, but I'm maxed out right now with the SILVER stats. |
