(Snicker) But still, I couldn't help but laugh out loud at this line in the story: "Never charged for his crime, Higdon feels that the loss of his limbs is punishment enough." Never charged for his crime? NEVER CHARGED FOR HIS CRIME?!? He was SOOOOOO charged for his crime.

The Darwin awards was something my friends used to joke about until we realized there was actually a group collecting fatalies for the purpose of awarding them prizes. I think they are wrong, and yet i'm drawn to reading the accounts of many of them.
