1 Case/12 Cans of Yoder’s Canned Bacon Fully Cooked, Ready to Eat, 12 Cans per case, 40 to 50 slices per can $119.00 per case........
I like it so much that I ordered 3 cases of it.....buy it and if you don't like it I'll buy what you have left over......less shipping.
You must be logged in to see this link.
Other cites are charging up to $150.00 for the same.
By the way, the butter is also super, haven't tasted the rest of their food in a can.

I guess the devil is in the details, isn't it, Ponce? I just squinted at the small print and it looks like the bacon is precooked and only 9 oz. per can. I could get a lot more mileage out of a couple salt-cured hams. |

WHAT! I have never heard anyone say they dont like bacon. I know people who would be a vegetarian if it were not for bacon. But hey its cool Anyway I would think bacon in a can would have to be as good for you as potted meat though. |

I would wonder how long that would keep, even though it is canned. If it does keep a while, then I say it is good to store up in your pantry. Taste won't be as good as fresh bacon, but that doesn't matter WTSHTF. |

I like a bacon taste with good beef.
I had some bacon in a can once, Saltiest Bacon Ever! I LOVED it though and haven't had more in 15 years or so.
I also like dry salt cured country hams.

I like it once every other month or so. I like sausage patties more. Either that, or I've never had good Bacon. |

Between 2 3/4 and 3 1/4 lbs of raw bacon goes into each can by the time that it is cooked it comes down to 9 oz or 45-50 strips of bacon.......the one that I tried was five years old and it tasted fresh.
Nick? easier to carry a few of this cans rather than a piece or raw-cured ham, remember that we are talking about surviving and not about a walk in the park.
I very seldom give a 100% to anything but in this case I do when it comes to this Bacon In A Can. |

With these types of food how long do you have to use them once opened? 50 slices per can could be alot of bacon |

My wife and I used to buy Hungarian bacon (raw) in cans. We used to use it while camping and when we cooked it the whole campgroud came out sniffing. That would be a problem while cooking bacon when the SHTF, everyone would know you had it. |

Take 6 strips of bacon put it on a paper towel covered plate. Cook 3:45 on high! (adjust time to preference)
Comes out perfect!
Love Bacon!
