Hello all I started a new hobby this year. We have been making maple syrup. Very simple to do, taste great and you never know when a time may come that you can't just go to the store and 10# bag of sugar.
It takes 40 gals of sap to make a gal of syrup did it for years starting with my grandfather We had 500 taps and gathered from a sled every gal is worth all the sweat and hard work for sure
