I went to buy my halves I ordered for Thursday, and it was not in. But they told me the coin supplier was out of Half dollars and they would have to order them from the FED and it would take 1-1 1/2 weeks to get my orders. Bad news, but it means I will get to sort coins that have not been available here in the past. :) |

2-Boxes Nickels
Box 1 2-Bufs 1-no date 1-1920 no silver
Box 2 4-WN!
Most shocking thing was that they silver consisted of 3 typical slicks and one beautious 1944P in pristine condition. Maybe worth $15-20
Not the slightest nick on the full steps and the most startling silver tone with green hue. My wife saw me shaking before she hauled me to bed last night. Said I had a pregasm...
More nickels later today.

I've tried to get people interested in sorting pennies and halves, but only few have gotten more involved. I'll be out looking for more banks today. . . |

Sounds like you have caught a bad case of numismatics. You are exhibiting typical symptoms. There is no known cure. |
If your percentages are low.. just sort more. If your percentages are high.. just sort more.

Late Wednesday picked up what is becoming my weekly "dime bag". Finished sorting this morning (Friday).
$500.00 Dimes (1 bag).
(4) 90% Silver Roosevelt - 48D, 58D, 61D, 64D
I could have been getting one of these per week going back to mid-June when I began to sort out the copper pennies. I am kind of kicking myself now for not taking them, even if the dumping of dimes leaves much to be desired. I could have stacked quite a few silver Roos in that time.
Good luck to all this weekend!!!

Nice haircut, I need one. The one thing I am missing that I would love to add to the collection. Nice find. |
