hey folks, just wanted to know some points for buying Spanish 8 Reales. I would like to have one from the 1700s. Thanks!

Buy from reputable dealers, because there are lots of fakes out there.

I was just looking at this new electric cigarette thing and I was pretty astonished to find out it was tar free and odorless. Has anyone else seen or tried this product before?

If I was you I would buy only from a repable dealer and I would hold out for a slabbed coin from a good grader. I think that would be the only way I could sleep at night with spending that kind of money on a coin.

Back in the early 70's my dad dug up a lead fake. He finally took it to a dealer and had it verified. So, there are fakes out there.

I have an 1810 currently as my "pocket piece".

Great story with the coin as the "original dollar".

I have a very nice quality early 1800's (at my office, have to check the date) that I would offer up for sale if interested.
