I do not want them, but you could definitely try selling them on FeeBay. I'm sure someone out there would be willing to buy those. Just don't price them too high over face value. Good Luck!

They will sell for more than face. Just look at the completed sales on fee-bay to get an idea where to price yours. Don't return them to the bank, make a few bucks and buy more boxes.

2X, plus shipping...at least. (Medium flat rate USPS box)
I got 3X on a sealed box of LP3 that I listed on eBay. I started the auction at 19.99. The market will take it to a nice amount.
DON'T open the box. Buyers WANT them to be sealed. My ad specifically stated that it was sealed, yet I got emails asking whether or not it was sealed.

How can you tell if they are all new pennies if you do not open the seal?

Superman X-Ray vision, of course.
Some folks (not me, unfortunately) can actually smell the difference between mint fresh and circulated pennies.

So then, are you going to ask us to disregard the "Don't open the boxes" quote, or will you stand by your X-Ray melarky? :-)

Yes they are NF String's.A friend put a box on feebay for me here You must be logged in to see this link.
I am very surprised with it so far,I guess there is demand for the Philadelhpia mint cents, lowest mintage of 09 lincolns. I have another going on a 3 day ending Sunday, hope it goes as well.I was so nervous to sell them quickly since I know the demand drops like a rock after some time passes.Hope everyone here gets a few boxes too, just don't flood the market until I sell mine :)

Don't get too nervous. 2X or 3X is well within reasonable, and you are way above that. Even if you found an unopened box of 2008 or earlier you would probably get 2X.
Once they have been out for a while, demand drops from the ridiculous prices of 5X or 6X. But ridiculous is what you want.

WOW!!! Looks like they did super well! THat is awesome, much better than finding an all copper box!!! But the copper is definitely better to hold. These will 'probably' come down some off their high.

My goodness, I didn't think they'd sell for that much! Disregard what I said, then, and sell those boxes on FeeBay! I'm surprised. I wouldn't pay that much!

This is just another example of why you should NEVER return full zinc boxes. I sold some LP2's for over $250 when they were first released.
A box of BU zincs will fetch more than a box of coppers will |
