At the drive through at one local bank, I asked for six rolls of pennies, and I gave them $3. With my mind on something else, I accepted the penny rolls and drove off. When I began to set them down in the other seat, I realized that I had to use both hands to handle the pennies when I normally just need to use one for six rolls. Wait a minute. There are 12 Rolls here! The teller thought I had said "$6" in pennies, instead of "6 Rolls." I drove back to the bank and returned the extras inside. That teller was thankful that I had caught her mistake, because her count would have been off at the end of the day. I was thankful because I could pick out the rolls that looked like they had more zinkies and return them, while keeping the ones that looked like they had more copper. While I was inside, I decided to ask for some Halves, and there was a 40% one inside there. Everyone makes mistakes, and they can all be solved with Silver and Copper in mind.

| Yeah. Never take advantage of a teller's mistake; it comes out of their pockets I'm told, and only a few mistakes can get a teller fired (per a fired teller from a TD bank) |

| Keep the teller out of trouble and they will remember you. |
