I think I've seen stainless steel houses before(in photos), but what about a copper house? Would it be very clean to live in or would it harm the good bacteria that your body need?

I guess the biggest problem is akin to Hensel and Grettel, someone would try to come in and cut pieces of your house off.

( I am remembering right? Hensel and Grettel tried to eat the witch's house?)

People steal the copper gutters off of houses, so yes it would be a house made of Crack to the crack heads.

I would think to some extent it would.

Also, would the value of your house rise and fall with the other houses in the neighborhood or with the commodities market. Wonder what they'd base your property taxes on?

You're kidding, right?

This copper rolls royce dual cowl boattail can be seen on display at the national automobile museum in Reno, NV.
They have volunteers from the local community to come regularly and polish the cars.

Sweet, eh?

On the outside, where it's exposed to moisture, it would most likely turn green over time, unless coated or regularly cleaned. On the inside, where it would stay dry, it may just turn a darker shade of brown.
