Edited to add words to title.
I normally don't buy coins, just pay face value to search, but today I did pay $2.00 for all of the following:
40 Canadian one cent Queens ranging from 1953 - 1974 -- not all dates and some duplication
2 Canadian one cent Rock Dove (I think this is correct term) from 1967
19 Canadian one cent King George VI ranging from 1937 - 1952 -- not all dates and some duplication
1 Large Canadian one cent coin 1913 with King George V -- this is my first one of these and I love this coin
1 Canadian nickel 1957
1 Canadian nickel 1965
1 Canadian nickel 1945 V -- this is my first one of these too and I think it is a nice looking coin also
As I stated above, I normally do not buy coins but I had mentioned to the coin shop guy today after my key date nickel discussion that I was very pleased to find a lot of Canadian pennies in with the pennies that I had just paid him face value for on Friday to search and he brings out a small tin with some assorted foreign coins in it and these were all we could find that were Canadian. So I bought them.
Enjoy your coins, everyone, whether found through searches or purchased.
