Ok so this weeks sorting was slow to say the least. So cashed in my coins and gave the cash to the wife for our Christmas trip home but kept 10 dollars so I could pick up the last part of my Secret Santa gift from the coin dealer at the flea mark, so no more details about that (2 dollars). 8 dollars left so went on outside and saw a man selling some coins out of the back of his van. Looked for a little while nothing I cared much for, but found 6 silver nickels and a 1950 nickel. Asked the guy how much he looked and said I will take 5 dollors if you take the whole page, ok you got a deal. 20 coins for 5 dollars which included: 6 silver nickels, most S MM 1 1950 nickel 3 1938 nickels, 2 S MM 2 1940 nickels, 1 S & 1 D 6 1942 nickels, 3 S & 1 P & 1 D 1 1951 nickel 1 1952 nickel
Ok so got 2 dollars left, so I asked him you have any wheat's, yeah I have a hard time selling them he says. I cherry picked the collection and picked these coins all in good + condition:
1 1943 S (finished another book) 1 1943 D 1 1920 S 1 1922 S 2 1925 S, one in immaculate condition 1 1930 S 1 1935 S 1 1934 S 1 1935 S 1 1938 S 1 1939 S
Overall was a good haul for me my fist lucky break on coins, Woo-Hoo
