1., they try to add a commission, but its negotiable.
2. shop around. sometimes they give you the best price.
3. have had mixed results. 2 orders. one came on time, the other took months. I had to threaten legal action. guy kept lying to me saying it was in shipping but wouldn't give me a tracking number. what happens is they have commissioned sales people. they'll sell stuff tehy don't have, then the company has to go out and buy it for less than they were selling it to you. sometimes they can't find it - in my case it was palladium. sometimes outfits like this wait until they can fill your order at a lower price. its a dangerous game for the customer. they could go bankrupt before they fill your order. |
