Please help me identify this coin. I know its a crappy picture It was taken with my phone

I found it in with the coin. It most likely came from a half bag. I have 2 of them if anyone is interested.
I guess I should have looked to make sure the crappy picture showed up instead of just post thanks for corecting it Brian.
