Decided to search through some nickels tonight and found a 1939D. Also found a 1959D in really nice condition and could even see all the steps. Usually don't look for anything but War Nickels and Buffalos. Any value to either of these.

Not too bad for a change. Had a good amount of 40-63 also. Usually don't find much around here.

Nice finds! Getting a 1959 D with all the steps visible is great! That coin is just a little bit younger than me and I lost my steps a LONG time ago.

I was surprised at that one also. I think we are about the same young years. My steps are not quite a sharp as they once were either. Now to find a 1950D!
