I decided that if I was going to sort through all these pennies I might as well put together a couple of albums of the best ones. So I picked up a new copy of the red book for reference to the errors and variations and also picked up a few penny albums to fill. I was just wondering if the rest of you are checking your pennies for double dies, variations, etc.? You just might find a nice numismatic coin to sell to help fund your hoarding.

I have just been keeping the best ones from each year that I find. The other day I found a 1959 that appeared very close to BU condition.

i wanted to do that too, IM_O.K.
but there's 2500 pennies for every box i get from the bank, i just don't have the time to do so
but i do save those error coins that can be spooted by the naked eyes, and i hope they could happen more frequently 
teach your kids to sort pennies, and they will not spend your money like crazy |

AL, maybe 2-4 lincoln pennies per roll
1-2 jefferson nickel per roll
dimes and quarters happens in less frequency
the coin dollar from USA, i only got 2 so far
